What this site is

Hotel New York Online publishes editorial shortlists of hotels in New York City and New York State. It is an information site. It is not a travel agency, it does not sell accommodation and it does not act as an intermediary in any booking.

Accuracy

Hotel information on this site comes from a dated data snapshot and from editorial research. Prices, review scores and facilities change, sometimes quickly. Everything published here is offered in good faith and without warranty that it is current at the moment you read it.

Prices are explicitly labelled as reference points from a snapshot. They are not offers, they are not quotations, and they do not form part of any agreement.

Bookings

Any reservation you make is a contract between you and the booking partner or the property, not with us. Their terms, payment rules and cancellation policy apply. We have no ability to alter, confirm or cancel a booking.
