About
About Hotel New York Online
A New York hotel guide built around one question: which hotel actually fits this trip.
What this site is
Choosing a hotel in New York should not require comparing hundreds of near-identical listings. We research and organise hotels around the decisions travellers actually make: where they want to be, what the stay has to do, what quality level makes sense and what they are willing to pay.
The working selection behind the site holds 625 properties: 369 in New York City and 256 across New York State. Not all of them appear in a shortlist, and that is the point. A page with fifteen considered options is more useful than a page with a hundred and fifty.
What it is not
We are not a booking site, we do not hold inventory and we do not sell rooms. We do not claim to have stayed in these hotels, and you will not find invented first-person detail here. Where we have not checked something, the page says so.
How it makes money
Links to booking partners earn a commission when someone books through them. That does not decide which hotels appear or in what order. The affiliate disclosure sets that out in full, and how we select hotels explains the method.
