What this site collects

Hotel New York Online is a static website. It has no accounts, no login, no comment system and no database of visitors. We do not ask for personal data to read anything here.

Analytics

The site loads Google Tag Manager, which in turn loads analytics tooling. That records the usual technical information: pages viewed, approximate location derived from an IP address, referring site, device and browser type. It is used to understand which pages are useful and which are not.

You can block this with any standard content blocker, and the site works normally without it.

The contact form

The contact form is processed by Web3Forms, an external form service, which forwards the message to us by email. The name, email address and message you type are sent to that service in order to deliver the email. We use those details to answer you and for nothing else, and we do not add them to a mailing list.

Booking links

When you follow a link to a booking partner you leave this site and that partner's own privacy policy applies. The link carries an identifier so the partner can attribute the referral. It does not carry anything about you.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Cookies you encounter here are set by the analytics and tag management tooling described above.

If you want to know what we hold about a message you sent, or want it deleted, write to us through the contact page and we will action it.
