Before you write
We cannot make, change or cancel a booking. Every reservation made through a link on this site is held by the booking partner, not by us, so their support team is the only one that can help with dates, payment or cancellation.
What we can act on: a hotel that has closed, an amenity that no longer exists, a price reference that has drifted far from reality, or anything on a page that reads as a claim we cannot back up.
