Location
The address is 436 East 149th Street, Bronx, NY 10455, United States.
Our data records the borough as Bronx without a confirmed neighborhood, so we do not name one.
In a straight line it is about 4.6 miles from Central Park South, 4.8 miles from Carnegie Hall, 5.3 miles from Times Square.
Those are straight-line distances between coordinates, not walking routes, so treat them as a way to compare properties rather than as a travel time.
